SMASH & GRAB : Swirly Houmous Wrap

Believe it or not, I have used Warburtons Squareish wraps for so many interesting dishes, but this is the first time I have used one as a soft wrap! One of the best features of these is that you can really stuff them full of delicious fillings, unlike thinner, round wraps, which can't seem to take many ingredients without exploding.

This is my favourite lunch at the moment-I can't get enough of it!
To me, it's the perfect combination of flavours, textures and temperatures...The warm, bready wrap is laden with creamy, nutty houmous. It's then given a pungent spicy kick of harissa paste or sweet chilli sauce (depending on your preference). An abundance of thin strips of julienned, crisp carrot complimented by a huge stash of peppery rocket combine to form the most amazing wrap.

The finished wrap works out to 8pp/approx.330kcal
(7pp/approx.300kcal if you don't add the harissa/chilli)

You Will Need: (per serving)

1 Warburtons Squareish Wrap
60g Reduced Fat Houmous
1 teaspoon Harissa Paste
or Thai Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce
1 carrot, sliced into julienne strips
A Generous handful of Rocket

Take a Warburtons Squareish Wrap and zap it in the microwave for 20 seconds. This warms it and also makes it more flexible for rolling.
Spread generously with 60g low fat houmous and 1 teaspoon Harissa Paste/Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce.

Fill each half with vast amounts of rocket and carrot.

Roll up tightly from the rocket end.

Cut in half diagonally.

Enjoy its swirly, whirly deliciousness.

TIP
These travel beautifully for packed lunches. Allow the wrap to cool before wrapping tightly in foil.
