CUPBOARD LOVE : WeightWatchers Sausages

Over the past couple of years, I've tried quite a few brands of low-fat sausages and I have to say, the WeightWatchers ones are far superior in flavour to anything I've tasted. They have become a firm favourite in the Slice-Of-Slim kitchen.

With a fine misting of Frylight oil, they chargrill to perfection.

They're perfect for a traditional English breakfast, with an authentic herby flavour and succulent texture.

They're also great for my Sausage Wrap Rolls.

The beauty of these sausages is that they have very thin skin, so are easy to split and use in recipes where the sausage meat alone is needed...

...such as my little Sausage Baubles...

...or my Sausage Filo 'Ravioli'

One word of warning.
The packaging states that they are 1pp each, which they are.
However, if you eat two sausages, the propoints go up to 3pp.

A great low-fat, quality alternative to their traditional fatty counterpart.

mmmmm! yummmmm! Having just invested in a new griddle (Le Creuset) just tried out your sausage wraps (me with WW) hubby with low fat thin bratwurst. Well worth the effort. This will be a regular now!
