YOU WILL NEED:(For 16 Baubles)
2 Weight Watchers Sausages
(These come to 3pp/120kcal, so if you use an alternative/vegetarian sausage, adjust the pp/calories accordingly).
1 teaspoon Rose Harissa Paste
Fresh, Chopped Coriander
2 Spring Onions
Small Fresh Basil Leaves
***
Take the sausages out of their skin.
This is a delicious, spicy ingredient made with chilli and rose. You can substitute this for any seasoning of your choice.
Add the chopped coriander and spring onion. Mash and blend together with a fork.
Using a measuring teaspoon, shape 16 tiny baubles out of the mixture. Put them on a baking tray. Bake in a hot oven at 200 degrees centigrade for 10-15 minutes.
As they come out of the oven, pop each one onto a cocktail stick with a small, fresh basil leaf. Serve hot.
