RECIPE : Cream Cheese & Chive Cucumber Swirls

These refreshing little canapes make a lovely light nibble when entertaining...they look really pretty and are very simple to make.
I used one mini pot of light Philadelphia mixed with some chopped chives. It made around 15 little canapes for 1pp/approx.55kcal.

Slice strips of cucumber using a vegetable peeler. Make up the cream cheese and chive mixture.

Take each slice of cucumber and add a tiny dollop of the cream cheese and chive mixture.

Roll up from the cream cheese end.

Stand on end. Stack them close to each other so they don't unravel!

Swirly whirly creamy cucumber rolls.
