For a really quick and simple idea, try 'smashing' or crushing some blueberries into a natural, spreadable paste.

Put a handful of blueberries into a flat, wide bowl.
With a fork, use your hand to apply even pressure, pressing down gently but firmly onto the blueberries so that they don't spray everywhere.
Crush to your desired consistency. I like large pieces left in the natural juice. If the blueberries are sweet, you shouldn't need to add anything else. Crushing them releases all the natural flavour.
Use as a topping for your favourite snack. I love it dolloped onto extra light Philly with melba toast.
