If you have been reading this blog for the past month, you will see how often I mention this product. It's great for every frying or baking opportunity and it would take 19 sprays for it to cost you 1 propoint so it's very unlikely that you would ever have to charge for it. It's 1kcal per spray so very economical on calories too.

There are a few varieties of oil in this range but I find the sunflower one to be far superior. This variety is pretty tasteless so does "what it says on the tin" ie-prevents food from sticking, helps you to cook more healthily and contains no artificial preservatives or gases.

I used to be a devil for sloshing olive oil on everything I made without thinking, but if I tell you that one TEASPOON of olive oil is 1 propoint or 40 kcal, you can see how easily those points and calories can add up without you realising.

I tend to use pure olive oil very rarely now. If I do, it would be mostly for salad dressing, or maybe for finishing a pasta dish, but I only ever use a spray container for olive oil, which helps me to control the amount I use. I will review this at a later date.

Yep! I agree with your comments about this product and it is also very easy to purchase. The one I used to use and cannot get any more is Fry Light for Woks - have you seen that one?
Yes I have-bought it yesterday in Tescos. I'm not keen but my son loves it for stir-frys x
