SOMETHING FOR NOTHING : 'Courgetti-Spaghetti' Bloggynaise

A little inspiration!
A friend of mine told me she has been serving her Bloggynaise like this...I thought it was such a lovely idea and the more I thought about it, the more I realised it had to be renamed 'courgetti-spaghetti'!

***

If you are low on your allocation of propoints or calories but still want a delicious, filling bowl of Bolognaise, try replacing the pasta with julienned,(see post:USEFUL STUFF:Julienne Peeler), steamed courgette for 0pp, or halving the amount of pasta you would generally use and mixing that in with the 'courgetti-spaghetti'.

This is a really delicious and easy alternative and also a lovely version for the summer months when you may not want the bulk of the pasta.

Just steam the julienned courgettes for 3-4 minutes. I allow 1 large or 2 small courgettes per person, but you can have as much as you like!

I will add this version to the regular Bloggynaise post,(see post; RECIPE:Bloggynaise), but didn't want you all to miss it!
