Take a Warburtons Square-ish wrap, halve and toast it. Spread with 35g Extra Light Philadelphia (or a mini pot) and 20g smoked salmon cut into small pieces.
Just by peeling the cucumber into ribbons and dropping them quickly into some lime juice before piling them onto the top of this open sandwich, rejuvenates a classic combination and gives it a zingy zest.
Finish with a grind of black pepper.
